Can I get this card with my own branding?
The Custom card can be printed with your own logo or design. After you place your order we will work with you to get the design right. Before we start production you will get a digital print proof for approval. Once everything is to your liking we will start production.

What material is the card made of?
The cards are made of premium plastic. The exact material is PVC and it is up to 8 times recyclable. The chip inside the card does not require power and should last a few years.
All phones, Apple and Android, that are updated with the latest software have a built-in QR code scanner. Simply open up the camera and point at the QR code. All iPhones models XR and later (September 2018) have NFC enabled and almost 90% of the Android phones do. Check this link for a complete list.

Can I update the information on my card?
After we shipped your card, you will receive an automated email with login instructions. In your account you will be able to update your contact information as often as you want. Changes made are reflected in real time on the card.
What is the difference between a Mobilo card and a Custom card?
The Mobilo card and the Custom card have the same functionalities. However, the Mobilo card has our branding printed on the front and back. The Custom card can be printed with your design or logo.
